The first 3 star hotel where everything was wonderful and clean. The most important was the staff - very very nice and courteous people. The bed was lovely & room was fabulous. A hairdryer, shower caps, and bath sheets were a plus.

Everything was amazing, appreciated our very nice stay. The location was great and lovely for exploring this local area, next to the restaurant entrance where a ‘ please wait to be seated' sign was showing, and Dawlish Warren, pretty clifftop footpath to Dawlish. Also, we were 2 km from popular place such as Shutterton Farmhouse.
The staff were a little slow, didn't expect that coming.

When I am in Dawlish, I like staying here. Amiable staff, fabulous views of the sea, everything is amazing. The location is amazing and great, it's near to public areas, the restaurant entrance where a ‘ please wait to be seated' sign was showing, and the restaurant a la carte. Also, I reached a sandy beach, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.
